This includes synthetic cannabinoids such as JWH-018, AM-2201, AB-FUBINACA, and 5F-ADB, which can also be found in products marketed as Spice, K2, or synthetic hash. These substances are artificially produced and are chemically different from the cannabinoids that occur naturally in the hemp and cannabis plant.

Herbz also does not carry products with newer semi-synthetic cannabinoids such as HHC, HHC-O, and HHCP. HHC products on the European market are typically produced through chemical conversion of CBD and are therefore classified as semi-synthetic.

Products are also packed with a focus on limiting odour and protecting the goods during transit. Herbz delivers to addresses in Denmark and Sweden. In Denmark, delivery can be made to private addresses and the delivery options shown at checkout. The current delivery policy does not include delivery to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. The specific shipping options and prices will be displayed before payment is completed.

Most orders are delivered within the expected delivery time of 1–3 business days. If a known delay occurs, Herbz will send a notification via email. Please also check your spam folder. Herbz offers a 14-day return and exchange policy after receipt. For sealed products, the seal must be unbroken for the item to be returned. Contact customer service before returning the item and provide your order number and product. Original shipping costs are generally not refunded.
