Shipping policy
Delivery
We ship orders to addresses in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
If you place your order on a weekday before 2:00 PM, we aim to dispatch it the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
The estimated delivery time depends on the destination and the selected carrier:
- Denmark: typically 1–3 business days
- Germany: typically 2–3 business days with GLS
- France: typically 2–3 business days with GLS
- Sweden: typically 2–4 business days with GLS
- Italy: typically 3–5 business days with GLS
- Spain: typically 4–5 business days with GLS
- UPS Standard: typically 2–7 business days depending on the destination
Delivery times are estimates and are calculated from the time your order is dispatched. Longer delivery times may apply to certain areas and during periods of high demand.
If your delivery is unexpectedly subject to a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
In Denmark, we deliver to residential addresses, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Domestic shipments are delivered by DAO and BURD. Shipments to Sweden, Germany, France, Italy and Spain are delivered by GLS and UPS.
