Right of Withdrawal
A full 14-day right of withdrawal is granted on items purchased through the webshop, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered to the recipient.
Any return shipping costs are your own responsibility.
Notice of withdrawal must be given to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and the item must be returned no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN
You are liable for any diminished value or quality of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function. This means you may examine the item in the same way as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been handled beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will receive a reduced portion or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Herbz.dk to assess the condition of the item.
WARRANTY RIGHTS
A 2-year warranty is provided on products in accordance with Danish sales law. The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and workmanship.
Claims regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Herbz within a reasonable time after receiving the item. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed in advance. In this connection, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs as well as any return costs.
The warranty rights lapse in the event of incorrect or improper use of the product.
