Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal on goods purchased on the webshop, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered to the recipient.
You are responsible for any return costs.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and must be returned no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your desire to exercise the right of cancellation.
Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to mail@herbz.dk.
CONDITION OF THE GOODS UPON RETURN
You are liable for any deterioration in the value and quality of the goods caused by handling other than what is considered necessary to establish the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Herbz.dk to assess the condition of the item.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
There is a 2-year warranty on products that comply with the Danish Sales Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, materials and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to Herbz within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed in advance. In this connection, we will refund reasonable shipping costs, as well as any r return costs .
The right to a complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
