Terms and Conditions:
When you shop with us, you must be 18 years of age. If you do not meet these conditions, you cannot shop in our webshop, and we can never be held responsible for any damage resulting from illegal or improper use of our products. All products on www.herbz.dk must be inaccessible to anyone under 18 years of age.
Product names are fictitious and used solely for marketing purposes. Our products represent different phenotypes of EU-approved hemp varieties, which cannot or should not be equated with illegal Cannabis.
We do not sell CBD products as medicine, but rather as cosmetics, gifts, and souvenirs containing less than 0.2% THC, as permitted by Danish law. There is no evidence that our products can be used as treatment. We emphasize that CBD products are not medicine and therefore cannot diagnose, treat, or cure diseases.
Discounts
Please note that discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.
PAYMENT
We accept online payments with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, MobilePay, VISA Electron
Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we debit or reject the payment.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

DELIVERY
- The delivery time for your order is 1 - 3 business days.
- If you order before 2 PM, the package will be shipped the same day.
- Delivery area: We deliver throughout Denmark.
Shipping costs:
- Bring - Parcel shop: Free for purchases over DKK 499, otherwise DKK 49
- Bring - Home delivery: Free for purchases over DKK 499, otherwise DKK 59
- You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package all the way from our warehouse to your home.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
We only accept packages sent directly to the address.
COMPLAINT OPTIONS
For complaints, please contact us via email at mail@herbz.dk. Remember to mention the product and the website where you purchased the item.
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Centre for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can complain to the Centre for Complaint Resolution via the Complaint Portal of Nævnenes Hus (Link).
For EU citizens outside the EU, complaints must be submitted via the EU Commission's online complaint platform.
